Use this form to apply for home to school travel support for pupils up to age 16 who haven’t finished year 11.
If your child is age 16 to 18 and in year 12, year 13 or year 14, you’ll need to apply for post 16 travel support.
If your child is age 19 to 25 and in year 14 or above, you’ll need to apply for post 19 travel support.
