The strategy has been developed to set out our vision, objectives and an action plan to develop an electric vehicle charging network which is accessible, reliable, affordable and fairly distributed across the city.
The charging network will support all communities, while also encouraging a shift towards more efficient travel behaviours including car clubs and journey sharing.
Its priorities include expanding residential charging, particularly for households without off street parking, and delivering a consistent, reliable and fair user charging experience.
The strategy also sets out how we'll work with our partners to deliver the electric vehicle charging network.
