This large site has been transformed recently by considerable improvements to the sites infrastructure including the erection of palisade security fencing, new haulingways, car parks and some major plot clearance. This site is level, has vehicle access and a water supply. It also has a trading association which serves the nearby Speedwell Allotment site as well.
