Netham Park
Description
Netham Park is a major park and area of open green space with new, first rate facilities for leisure, sport and recreational activities.
The new pavilion, which is fully accessible, has changing rooms and a community room. There are also sports pitches, a floodlit multi-use games area, a large new play area, a separate Bowls Club facility, as well as lots of open space with fine views across Bristol.
Open 24 hours a day, the main entrance to the park is on Avonvale Road. Netham is on a major cycle route into the city centre.

The play area includes a fenced dog free play zone for younger children, with a large net climbing cone and slide as a centrepiece, an orbiter roundabout, space rocker, dragonfly rocker seesaw, rope bridge and toddler slide.
There's also a play area for older children, including an accessible nest seat swing, altima climbing pole, slingshot, whirlwind spinner and an outdoor table tennis table. The play area has been landscaped with grass mounds, boulders and planting to provide natural play opportunities.
Access
The new play area is accessible via footpaths from the main park entrance on Avonvale Road and from the Pavilion Car Park.
