Urban Pursuit  ‘Every Young Person Finding Hope and a Future’

Urban Pursuit offers personal and social development programmes delivered through adventure activities and adrenaline sports. Our programmes are designed to meet the needs of young people at risk of exclusion, those with special educational needs, and individuals displaying low self-confidence, mental-health, or identity issues.

Group work: We offer group-based sessions with a staff:student ratio of either 2:6, or 2:3. Students attending group sessions work alongside young people from other schools and groups can be mixed gender.

One-to-one sessions: Full-days and half-days are available, with one-to-one or two-to one formats. Our full-day offer can be upgraded to include bespoke English and Maths tuition with specialist tutors.

In-school outreach: We also offer in-school, early intervention programmes for larger groups, such as bike maintenance workshops

Daily written feedback and a designated individual caseworker is included in our service. Transport is provided free of charge within Bristol and can also be arranged for schools outside of the city.

We are based at the western end of the Bristol harbourside,  a centrally located base with ease of access and post-code neutrality.
