Services

121 Turnaround supports vulnerable young people ages 8 to 18 with complex needs, disabilities, and special educational needs. We empower them with tools, strategies, and positive mentoring relationships to make better choices, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

We serve young people across North Somerset and surrounding areas, offering tailored care through early intervention and bespoke mentoring packages designed to meet individual needs.

By building trusted relationships with young people, their families, and partnerships with local authorities, mainstream, and specialist schools, we help foster positive behavioural changes, resilience, self-esteem, and social skills. These relationships and experiences play a vital role in shaping each young person’s future.

Our Mentors engage young people in a wide range of activities, such as swimming, cycling, fishing, paddleboarding, climbing, and walking. We also provide a safe outdoor woodland space for bushcraft, shelter building, and cooking on the fire, alongside a play area with trampolines, swings, and a treehouse. The woodland offers a unique environment for both fun and learning, as well as a calm, tranquil space where young people can refocus, relax, and connect with nature away from technology.

For those out of educational settings, we fill the gap with structure, routine, and strategies that prepare them for their next educational placement, fostering growth and providing the tools they need to thrive in life.
