Services

Inspire Mentoring provides tailored learning and enrichment activities to help students achieve accreditation in ASDAN, Functional Skills, and Entry Level qualifications. We offer a supportive, trauma-informed environment where students engage in 1:1 and small group activity-based learning, enabling them to develop skills and transition back into mainstream or specialised full-time education.
Our 1:1 and group activities include:

• animal care

• gardening

• carpentry

•  boxing coaching

• gym and fitness

• football

• videography

• photography

• music production

These activities provide practical, hands-on skills, inspire new hobbies, and encourage creative and active learning. They promote positive mental health, physical wellbeing, and essential life skills, helping learners build confidence, foster independence, and strengthen teamwork. This prepares them for real-world careers and embeds a mindset of lifelong learning.

Our diverse team includes a qualified teacher and experienced mentors skilled in areas such as boxing coaching, videography, and music production. All staff are fully trained in safeguarding and behaviour management, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Mentors are matched with students based on shared interests, hobbies, and life experiences, fostering supportive relationships that promote emotional, social, and mental health development.

We support young people with SEMH, ASD, and SEND needs by offering:

• respite from onsite education

• support for those at risk of exclusion

• interim or part-time support

Students benefit from Maths and English tuition, vocational training, creative arts, and sports activities delivered through group sessions and personalised mentoring at the ALP base or within the community.
