Manor Farm is a specialist Alternative Learning Provision set in the heart of the Gloucestershire countryside, offering a low demand, child-led approach within a farm-based, outdoor, free-flow environment. The setting is thoughtfully designed to include both expansive outdoor spaces and calm, low-arousal indoor areas, supporting children to engage in learning in ways that feel safe and accessible.

Our provision delivers an enriched, thematic multi-sensory curriculum, while remaining flexible and responsive to each child’s individual interests and personalised learning journey. Learning is facilitated by qualified teachers and experienced childcare professionals within a nurturing and adaptable framework.

At Manor Farm, all staff adopt a therapeutic PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy) approach and bring extensive knowledge of neurodivergence and developmental trauma. This underpins a relationship-based model that prioritises emotional wellbeing, trust, and engagement.

Manor Farm benefits from a small holding, where children can take part in therapeutic animal interventions and animal care activities.
