An accredited agent has a proven track record of making good quality householder planning applications.
To become an accredited agent, you must:
- agree to follow pdf the accredited agents code of practice (51 KB)
- have made three consecutive applications that meet pdf the accredited agents checklist (55 KB)
To apply, send a signed copy of the code of practice to Tina Harris: tina.harris@bristol.gov.uk
We'll then look at your last three householder applications and let you know if you are accredited.

There are two briefing meetings each year, which are at City Hall, College Green, Bristol BS1 5TR.
