Procurement forward plan
Our pdf Procurement forward plan (227 KB) is a look at our anticipated procurement activity over a given period. This version gives a steer on activity up until July 2025.
It covers all goods and services over the current threshold of £214,904 and all works opportunities over £500,000.
In line with the Procurement Act 2023, we will publish an 18 month forward plan at the beginning of the next financial year.
Neither the publication of this pipeline, nor any of the information presented in it, should be taken as a commitment or representation on the part of Bristol City Council (or any other organisation) to enter into a contractual arrangement or to proceed with a procurement.
Circumstances may change and we cannot guarantee that the requirements, contract value, or timeline will be as stated.
There may also be further outsourcing activity that takes place that we are not currently aware of and which may not appear in this commercial pipeline.
We will refresh our published commercial pipeline periodically and we will continue to publish details of all of our opportunities valued above £25,000 on ProContract.
