We have three fully licensed rooms for weddings and civil partnerships which can be held on any day of the week.
Our rooms are also perfect for intimate gatherings or grand celebrations and with options to suit all budgets.
Council chamber

Lord Mayor's reception room
A room with period features such as English walnut wood panelling and a stone fireplace
Bordeaux room
A heritage room with wood paneling, an ornate fireplace, Bristol's coat of arms and views on Bristol Cathedral and College Green
Ceremony prices start from £860+VAT.
You are required to book a registrar to perform the ceremony. All registration services are provided from Bristol Register Office.

Our rooms at City Hall offer elegant settings for dinners, receptions and dances.
The Conference Hall
Can be tailored to suit any style of event with space for entertainment and dancing.
The Main Foyer
Perfect for wedding receptions, champagne and cocktail parties and networking events.
The Lord Mayor's Reception Room and the Bordeaux Room are also perfect for more intimate gatherings and private dinner functions.

Menus can be tailored to suit your requirements. Both companies use locally sourced products where they can and will accommodate special diets on request.
You can also hire our kitchen if you'd like to use your own caterer or cook your own food.
We have several options to suit your budget and requirements:
- full use of our kitchen: £1500
- bringing in hot food but not using kitchen equipment: £780
- use of water, dishwasher and ice machine: £500
- bringing in cold food but not using kitchen equipment: £350
