- Healthwatch Go to https://www.healthwatch.co.uk/ (opens new window): a national charity that makes sure people's voices are heard and respected. You can phone Healthwatch to report experiences of health or social care so that local services can improve.
- ACE Go to http://www.bristolmentalhealth.org/services/assertive-engagement-service/ (opens new window) (Assertive Contact and Engagement Service): reach out to people who face complex barriers to services, including barriers due to cultural background or chaotic lifestyles, tailored services for those who may be fearful of services, mistrustful of treatment and who have had bad experiences in the past.
