We want to support small and local organisations to bring their business to Bristol's parks.
Bringing your business to our parks helps us generate more income to maintain and improve our green spaces across the city.
By improving the parks, supporting nature projects, and backing community activities, we make our green spaces more welcoming, sustainable, and enjoyable for everyone.
Our concession pitches are areas where you can pay an annual fee and set up your mobile business.
These areas are within Bristols parks and green spaces or city docks.
You'll soon need a parks business licence for commercially operated outdoor activities and dog walking services delivered in a park or green space managed by Bristol City Council.
This is to make sure that those who charge for a service in a park run their activities safely, contribute to the maintenance of parks and green spaces and ensure compliance with byelaws.
Once licenced you'll be able to legitimately operate in our parks and we'll list licenced businesses on our Parks and green spaces pages.
We have event spaces available for hire.
The Blaise Plant Nursery Glasshouse is 130 square metres of covered area that is available for hire as a therapeutic, learning or event space.
The space can be used for informal meetings, social meetups or team building activities.
We can help you apply for filming permission, find locations and facilities, and request parking suspension in the Bristol City Council area.
We're always trying to find new ways to enhance our city's parks and green spaces.
If you have any ideas that are not already covered on this page, email parks.business@bristol.gov.uk and let us know.
