Referring to Everyone Health is easy, just check your postcode to make sure you are going to the right service.
Refer a patient to our stop smoking service
You can use our free stop smoking service, if your patient currently smoke cigarettes, lives in Bristol and they:
- are pregnant
- are a partner, friend, or other family member who lives with someone who's pregnant
- have a long-term health condition which is made worse by smoking, such as asthma, COPD, heart disease or cancer
- have been referred by a professional after an NHS Health Check or Severe Mental Illness Annual Physical Health Check
After you've made a referral
After the referral is made to Everyone Health they will aim to get in touch with you, or the person you have referred, within 3 working days.
You or the person you've referred will be contacted for a quick friendly chat and asked for some basic information, and then the first phone appointment with an advisor will be arranged.
Feedback for professionals
If you're a professional referring someone that you work with, then there are ways that we can keep you up to date with their quit journey. You will need the correct consent from your patient. Contact Everyone Health to find out how to do this.
