The Pavilion is available to hire for events such as:
- training days
- conferences
- receptions
- exhibitions
We'll make sure your event runs smoothly on the day with the right technology, refreshments and support from our team.
Room hire prices are, Monday to Sunday:
- half day, 8am to 12pm or 1pm to 5pm: £320 plus VAT
- full day, 8am to 5pm: £430 plus VAT
- evenings, 6pm to 1am: £430 plus VAT
Facilities
We have a projector screen, three flipcharts, laptop, data projector and television available for hire.
We have free wifi and can offer a secure connection.
An induction-hearing loop is available in the meeting room.

Capacity can vary depending on room configuration:
- theatre: 100 people
- reception: 100 people
- boardroom: 40 people

Food and drink

Menus can be tailored to suit your requirements. Both companies source local products where they can. They'll accommodate special diets on request.
There's also a small kitchenette available with basic appliances such as a fridge, kettle and sink. You'll also find many restaurants and bars nearby.
