See payments and charges on your current and previous council properties.
We've updated the digital system used to run our Bristol Tenant Account. All account holders need to register with the new system, called MyBristolHousing, to continue to use this service.
Once registered you can:
- view your payments and charges for all the accounts on your current property, including rents, repairs, insurance, supported housing and garage charges
- view account balances for your previous properties
What you need to do
Existing Tenant Account holders
If you're a Bristol City Council tenant and already have a Tenant Account, it will not be available until you register again.
- Sign in to your Bristol Account
- Create your new MyBristolHousing account
- Verify your email address
- Verify your mobile phone number

Existing users can create a connection with their Tenant account. Although this is optional, you'll only be able to use all the features of the new service, including checking your rent account, if you do. Use your Person Reference number to make this connection. You may have received an email or a text message with this number.
If you have not received either, call us on 0117 922 2200 and we'll provide it.

Create a new Tenant Account with MyBristolHousing
Tenants will need to have a valid email address to access the new service. If you don't have an email address, you need to create one. The 5 most commonly used e-mail providers are Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Apple Mail and ProtonMail.

New users do not need a reference number to create their account.
