You can’t make an appeal against a decision made on someone else’s planning application.

You can appeal if:

  • we haven’t made a decision on your application within eight weeks and your application is not for a major development
  • we haven’t made a decision on your application within 13 weeks and your application is for a major development
  • your application is refused
  • you disagree with conditions we’ve included as part of our decision on your application
