Guidance for professionals contributing to an EHC needs assessment.
What the Professional Portal is
The Professional Portal is for professionals such as:
- educational settings
- health and other independent organisations or individuals
It lets you submit the EHC needs assessment contribution form securely to the SEND Team.
We'll send you the EHC needs assessment contribution forms for all new EHC needs assessments received from 27 July 2022.
When we've received your contribution, it will be saved on the young person's case management system. The SEND team will be able to view it in read only.
