Where council homes are being built
We've started the next phase of the new build housing programme in Bristol.
We're planning to develop several sites by 2027. These will provide around 1,769 new homes, subject to planning consent.

The map includes new affordable housing being delivered by Goram Homes and third party providers, including housing associations and community-led housing groups.

We're buying 79 homes, a mixture of houses and flats.
55 will be offered as social rent, 24 will be offered as shared ownership between Bristol City Council and the buyers.

We're buying 25 homes, a mixture of 1 and 2 bed flats.
These will be offered a social rent.

We're building 28 new council homes, a Children's Home, and a community centre.
These will be offered as social rent.
Location: One Lockleaze/ Romney House
Developer: Goram Homes and Vistry
Partnership: Bristol City Council and Homes England
We're buying 147 homes, a mixture of flats and houses.
94 will be offered as social rent, 53 will be offered as shared ownership.
Expected completion autumn 2024 through to 2026.
