Skills Connect
Skills Connect offer support to Bristol residents to enter training, gain employment, progress within their current career or change into a new career.
Their team of trained coaches offer:
- tailored, person-centred support
- bespoke one to one support sessions
- CV, job application and interview techniques
- identifying employment goals
- information, advice, and guidance for employment needs

Employment, Skills and Lifelong Learning
The council's Employment, Skills and Lifelong Learning (ESL) service's aim is to improve life chances for Bristol residents through employment, skills and learning. They work across 4 integrated teams:
- Young Careers and Pathways
- Adult and Community Learning
- Apprenticeships
- Employment support
