We’ll contact you to remind you to renew an item or to collect a reserved item.
If you have:
- due items, we’ll send you a 'pre-overdue' email two days before your loans are due
- overdue items, we’ll email or text you to let you know
- reserved items, we can email, text, or send a letter to let you know your item is waiting for you
If you don’t get the pre-overdue email, you’ll still have to pay an overdue charge.
Tell us how you’d like us to contact you, and we’ll update your membership details.
