You can renew items online or in person at any LibrariesWest library.
Renew online
You'll need your library card number and PIN.
How to get your PIN
To get your PIN, phone any library. They'll ask you for any two of the following:
- your library card number
- your postcode
- your phone number
- your date of birth
- details of one of the items that you have on loan
You can change the PIN you're given to something you'll remember more easily on the Libraries West website, or by phone.
Renew at the library
Renew your items either at the self-service kiosk or with a member of staff at any library. You can also renew by phoning any library.
What you can renew
You can renew all books apart from Fastbacks, which you can only keep for one week.
If a book has been reserved by another library member, you can renew it for three days maximum.
You can't renew items with a hire charge. If these items become overdue, you'll have to pay overdue charges.
