We operate a Through Care Model, 0 to 25, working with Bristol's children who are in long term care and our care leavers. We have a large open plan office by the river with free parking.
We're interested in hearing from social workers and personal advisers who are committed to strengths based practice and building trusting relationships with our children, their families and their carers to help build and secure networks that will support our children into adulthood and beyond.
So, if you recognise the privilege in being part of a child's network, can help them understand their narrative, and can champion them, we'd like to hear from you.
