Part of the engagement included a contribution from ‘Youth Storytellers'.
Creatives from Rising Arts Agency's community were commissioned to generate ‘short, sharp' creative commissions that explore the harbour from diverse perspectives, using multiple forms of media. This has enabled us to hear from communities that are typically not reached by more traditional engagement programmes.

The formal consultation on the draft HPSS ran for six weeks from Monday 23 September 2024 until Monday 4 November 2024.
