Resident Voice Strategy 2026 to 2028

We've launched our new Resident Voice Strategy, setting out how residents will be involved in shaping housing services and influencing decisions.

The strategy explains how you can have your say, how we will listen, and how your feedback will lead to meaningful change.

Our Resident Voice Approach, 2026

We're refreshing how residents can influence decisions and help improve our housing services.

As part of our updated resident voice and influence approach, we are introducing new, more inclusive ways for residents to get involved and shape the services we deliver. These include:

  • the Resident and Community Panel
  • the new High Rise Living Group
  • introduction of Scrutiny Bootcamps

These changes support our commitment to widening participation.

Resident and Community Panel

The Resident and Community Panel is a recognised panel of tenants, leaseholders, and representatives from local community organisation.

The panel aims to hold us to account for how were performing and influences decisions before they are made.

Visit Housing Resident and Community Panel to learn more.

Housing Scrutiny Panel and Scrutiny bootcamps

The Housing Scrutiny Panel is a recognised panel of tenants and leaseholders. The Panel helps us to improve our performance and standards.

Scrutiny Bootcamps are short, focused sessions where residents and staff come together to look closely at a specific housing service. They help us understand what is working well and what needs to improve.

Visit Housing Scrutiny Panel for more information.

High-Rise Living Group

We're setting up a new group for tenants and leaseholders who live in high-rise buildings.

The High-Rise Living Group will be an opportunity to talk about communal living areas, building safety, collective wellbeing, and other topics that are important to residents who live high-rise buildings.
