Come to our Citizen Service Point (CSP)

Changes due to coronavirus (COVID-19)

Only visit the Customer Service Point in an emergency. If you're not homeless on the day, we can speak to you on the phone.

Check Coronavirus: changes to services at the CSP for more information.

You can come to our Citizen Service Point (CSP):

  • Monday, 9am to 4pm
  • Tuesday, 9am to 4pm
  • Wednesday, 10am to 4pm
  • Thursday, 9am to 4pm
  • Friday, 9am to 4pm

The earlier in the day you come to the CSP, the more likely you are to see an advisor on that day.

When you come into the CSP we'll ask you about:

  • yourself and your family
  • where you've been living
  • your health
  • why you're homeless

We'll try to get you an appointment on the same day and try to find out more about your situation.
