What you should do if you have nowhere to stay tonight or you're about to become homeless.
Talk to us if you're worried about where you're going to stay tonight or if you're about to become homeless within the next eight weeks (56 days).
If you urgently need a bed for the night and our Citizen Service Point is closed, see our list of night shelters or advice for people currently rough sleeping.
Come to our Citizen Service Point (CSP)
You can come to our Citizen Service Point (CSP):
- Monday, 9am to 4pm
- Tuesday, 9am to 4pm
- Wednesday, 10am to 4pm
- Thursday, 9am to 4pm

The earlier in the day you come to the CSP, the more likely you are to see an advisor on that day.
When you come into the CSP we'll ask you about:
- yourself and your family
- where you've been living
- your health
- why you're homeless
We'll try to get you an appointment on the same day and try to find out more about your situation.
