Where to go if you're homeless and need somewhere to sleep for the night.

The Caring Handbook has a full list of day and night shelters in Bristol on page 14.

Some night shelters in Bristol only accept people who have been referred there by other agencies.

The Julian Trust and Spring Of Hope shelter accept self-referrals. This means you can turn up without help from an agency.

Julian Trust night shelter

The Julian Trust night shelter has emergency accommodation for 10 single homeless people, aged 18 and over.

Beds are offered to people who are referred from Bristol City Council and St Mungos Outreach Team.

Occasionally, there might be a spare bed if a nominated guest does not turn up. The shift supervisor can offer any spare beds to another guest for that night only.

Visit the Julian Trust night shelter website.
