What an annual health check is and how to get one.
Your annual health check
Annual health checks are for people aged 14 and over with a learning disability, who are on the Learning Disability Register at their doctors. If you're not sure if you're registered you can ask the receptionist at your doctors to check for you.
Your annual health check is free and will be done by your doctor. You don't have to feel unwell to have a health check. You can talk to your doctor about any worries you have.
