Make a complaint about how we have handled your personal data.
Before you make a complaint, check that your issue is something we deal with.
We only handle complaints about:
- how we handled your data subject rights request (for example, a Subject Access Request)
- suspected unlawful use, sharing, storage or collection of your personal data
- concerns about personal data security or a data breach affecting your information
We don't deal with complaints about:
- general service complaints, not relating to your personal data
- Freedom of Information (FOI) or Environmental Information Regulations (EIR)
- use of data that is not considered personal data, as detailed in UK GDPR Article 4(1)
