Make a complaint or give feedback about parks, libraries, museums, sports centres and swimming pools.
Before you make a complaint, you could find out what kind of maintenance we do in parks.
You can report a problem in a park or green space, such as:
- grass that needs cutting
- hedges that need pruning
- broken play equipment in a play area
You can also report a problem with a tree.
Litter in parks and open spaces
We're working through a large number of reports where people are failing to dispose of rubbish in the bins provided, or take it home with them if bins are full.
We're working as quickly as we can, however there may be delays in attending to these issues because of lower than usual staffing levels designed to aid social distancing measures due to coronavirus (COVID-19).
