Training opportunities
We offer free short online training sessions.
- Zoom basic skills training, for anyone to gain some basic skills and build their confidence using Zoom.
- Introduction to engagement, a tour of the different ways you can get involved and help shape your housing service. You can hear about how your views can make a difference.
- Introduction to resident Scrutiny: tenant Scrutineers help us look at where we need to improve and work with us on new ideas and services.
- Online meeting skills and role of panel members. Learn how to get the most out of online meetings, includes practical tips on how to communicate and interact online.

We are members of Tpas, the tenant engagement experts, which council tenants and leaseholders can access. Tpas is a membership organisation, which brings tenants and landlords together to find solutions, improve services, save money and bring change to communities.
Once you register your details on Tpas, you can access training, regional networking events with other tenants, and the latest housing and involvement news.
