Lockleaze regeneration project

This project supports:

  • wider area benefits from transport infrastructure improvements

  • delivery of new homes

  • regeneration of the existing housing estate

It has grant funding of £6.686m from Homes England for supporting housing and Infrastructure sustainable Transport developments.

The project provides:

  • over 700 new homes including affordable homes
  • Stoke Park Path project completed 2022, connecting Lockleaze with the eastern edge of the park, helping more people to enjoy exercise, nature and Bristol's heritage.
  • improvements to Muller Road to support future growth in housing.
  • a Lockleaze local letting policy which has been developed in consultation with the local community
