All of our supported housing flats are fitted with an alarm system.
You can call for help using a pull cord. All calls are dealt with by our Emergency Control Centre, who will ask what's wrong and what help you need. They might call the emergency services, a doctor or a Housing Support Adviser for you.
You can ask for an alarm pendant that you wear, so you can call for help if you fall, or can’t get to the alarm pull cord. There’s a £10 refundable deposit, but you'll have to pay £30 for a replacement if you lose your pendant.
