How to tell us you need to cancel a bus pass, and what to do with the cancelled pass.
We can cancel a bus pass if:
- the person it belongs to has died
- you've moved out of Bristol
- you don't need the pass anymore

What do with the cancelled bus pass
You do not need to return a cancelled card. Cut up old cards and put them in the bin.
