 Bristol Cultural Impact Survey 23/24

Our new Bristol Cultural Impact Survey 23/24 is now open.

We're looking for as many cultural organisations as possible to participate.

The survey will run each year and your responses will help us demonstrate the role the cultural sector plays in shaping and sustaining Bristol as a cultural city.

Your responses will also inform the development of the new Cultural Strategy.

Read our  pdf Cultural Impact Survey Guidance (496 KB)  for help on completing the survey.

Bristol Culture Impact Survey online sessions

We held an online session in November 2024 to give an overview of the survey and filling it in.

The session was recorded for anyone who was unable to attend. You can choose to either view the whole presentation (23 minutes) or just the section on how the social value and economic value analysis will work (6 minutes).

Bristol culture strategy, 2017

We want to make Bristol an even more dynamic, open, distinctive and enjoyable place to be, using culture to address the city's many social and economic challenges.

The  pdf City of Openness, Imagination and Originators: Bristol culture strategy (2.40 MB)  looks at the role that culture can play in Bristol. It recognises the valuable contribution culture already makes to the city, and the potential for wider engagement.
