What we do with money raised from Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).
We allocate:
- 5% for set up and admin costs of CIL
- 12.75% to Area Committees to spend on local schemes
- 2.25% to an Equity Fund
- 80% to strategic infrastructure projects to support the growth of Bristol, to be allocated by the Strategy and Resources Committee
